MY sozo Story

I knew there was something special about Sozo the moment I stepped into the studio. I took my first class two days after my husband and I took a huge leap of faith and decided to make the move from Chicago to Georgia. We had very few connections here and I am beyond grateful to have stumbled upon Sozo, as I immediately felt a sense of belonging and have met so many beautiful people along the way. All of the classes and teachers are truly second to none, and it’s incredible how different I can feel before and after attending class. Through the breath, heat, and community, Sozo has served as a powerful portal that has helped connect me back to a sense of home on both a larger level as well as a personal one. I cannot thank Kara and all of the other wonderful teachers enough for that!
