Janay Honeycutt 

Janay’s journey towards yoga began in 2018 while pursuing optimum mental health postpartum. Through her practice, she learned about wellness. She learned that yoga can be restorative, as well as a means to achieve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Since then, she has discovered this to be true, both mentally and physically. Janay loves the unity of mind, body, and soul that she has come to know through her regular practice.

With a background in teaching and her lifelong love for learning, Janay knew this could be something that she could continually grow in. As she grew, so did her desire to help others learn and pursue wellness. As a next step, she received her 200 HR certification in March 2024 and is accredited by Yoga Alliance.

In Janay’s class, practitioners can expect to learn to pursue wellness through her mindful kids and vinyasa flows. In humility, she invites everyone to be restored, challenged, and encouraged alongside her on their mats!
