Molly Worrell

Molly has been a personal trainer since 2007. She knows that her own fitness & proper nutrition journey enabled her to care for her family as a young mother. Now she works as a strength training coach and brings Pilates into the mix at Sozo Yoga.

Molly is a retired nurse and piano/flute teacher. She and her husband love spending time with their 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
