Brandi Campbell
Brandi loves all the things and people in this big, beautiful world. Especially yoga.
Brandi teaches yoga because she is eternally and hugely grateful for this practice that has healed and strengthened her body, connected her with her spirit, and protected her mind. Off the mat, Brandi raises 6 humans, reads, studies medicine, and suffers through CrossFit WODs, among other things. Also, she’s rather obsessed with all things related to metabolic health, physical performance, and nature. She is also a certified health coach and personal trainer.
