Our fall intensive
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certified by Yoga Alliance is a journey into the heart of yoga-designed for those who feel called to deepen their practice, expand their understanding, and explore the path of teaching in a supportive, grounded environment. Rooted in tradition + informed by modern science, this program weaves together asana, alignment, breathwork, meditation, philosophy + anatomy to cultivate confident, knowledgeable, + compassionate teachers. Whether you aspire to teach or simply wish to grow personally, this training offers an experience that nurtures the whole person. Mind, body, spirit, WHOLENESS—SŌZŌ.
Our process is simple and thoughtful.
Apply online + receive an email with next steps. Attend the weekend intensives to learn through lecture, reading + discussion. Practice for 30 hours in posture clinics to experience the poses, ask questions, learn cueing + receive feedback. Teach community classes to show what you’ve learned + create your own style.

tuition $3,250
1st Installment :: A $500 non-refundable deposit is due when you submit your application. This will be deducted from the remaining balance.
2nd Installment :: $1,375 payment will be required one month before start date.
3rd Installment :: $1,375 payment will be required one week before start date.
Tuition does not include textbooks but does include your yoga membership to practice during the training. A 3% fee will be added to pay by credit card.
No refunds will be given after training begins. If you cancel before the start of training, you will forfeit your deposit.
Attendance Policy
We strive for 100% attendance and require completion of the 200 hours and all designated requirements to graduate and receive a certificate of completion from our program. You may miss up to one 3-hour session without financial penalty. Any missed content will be your responsibility to make up. Any sessions missed beyond the allowance will be your responsibility to make up, and you will pay an additional cost of $75/hour for private make-up sessions with a lead teacher. You will be required to schedule make-up time with Kara. Class attendance will be taken throughout the training.
