Nicole Reddinger
Nicole started practicing yoga as a freshman in college as an “easy A” class. What she discovered was that it was hard, she is neither strong nor flexible, and it was hard! Needless to say the idea of having any type of regular practice sounded just awful at that point. She eventually realized she naturally wanted to flee from anything that felt “hard” in the beginning, and it was this fear that was keeping her disconnected from herself, her body, her aspirations, and more. It was from this place that she re-discovered yoga and all the benefits that come from pushing through “hard” to get to ‘Ah’, the exhale.
